Florent FUSIER, the director, is a qualified coach and Trainer. He is an internationally certified Master-Practitioner in Neuro-Semantics and NLP by  the International Society Of Neuro-Semantics, the world reference for Neuro-Semantics based in the USA.

He owns a Master degree in Cognitive Sciences and has been trained both in Sciences and Human Sciences. His personal development way started years ago when through Martial Arts (Kung-Fu and Karate) he discovered the buddhist meditation. Then Florent became passionated about spirituality, personal development, psychology and more generally the human being. He started to be trained in Psychology and discovered NLP that was a great insight for him. Then he discovered Coaching and felt that it was the way he wanted to follow. NLP and Coaching sent him then to the discover of Neuro-Semantics, and then it was a real inspiration and passion to this field.

Florent has been internationally trained in Coaching, NLP and Neuro-Semantics :

• Coaching with Gilles ROY (Coach and international Trainer in Coaching, France), Meta-Coaching with Colin COX and Lena GRAY (international Coaches and Trainers, New-Zealand)

• NLP with Gilles ROY (one of the few NLP Master-Trainers in France) and Shelle ROSE-CHARVET (international NLP Trainer and authour, Canada)

• Neuro-Semantics with Michael HALL (phD, co-creator of Neuro-Semantics and Meta-Coaching, international trainer and authour, USA), Colin COX (the only one Neuro-Semantics Master-Trainer in the world, New-Zealand) and Lena GRAY (international Neuro-Semantics Trainer, New-Zealand)
